Day 2 : Write down one goal for 2017. Take it one step further and break that goal down into 4 smaller quarterly goals.

Get fit. Get Lit. Woo!


Just trying to get it rhymed haha. I think this was my goal a few months ago too? Not much progress to be honest nor did it get worst. This is more of a continuation of last year's. I guess I should give myself some props for getting onto Yoga at least once a week. Weeeeeeee! On a serious note though, after 2016, it made me realise that I shouldn't neglect my health. I may be all well now at this age but a few years down the road, my body won't be the same anymore. Y'know what they say, a healthy body = healthy mind.
